New Single-family Model Nearing Completion at Monaco

Bonita Springs, FL (March 19, 2009) - AMA Development is nearing completion of its newest model at Monaco, a 128-acre community located off Imperial Parkway in Bonita Springs. The Monte Carlo is priced at $469,900, including furnishings, and is available for purchase with a two-year model leaseback with the homeowner's and master association dues paid by the developer through the duration of the lease.
