AMA Development Opens New Models at Monaco

Bonita Springs, FL (January 26, 2009) - AMA Development has announced the opening of two new furnished models at Monaco (formerly The Villages at Old Cypress), a 128-acre community located off Imperial Parkway in Bonita Springs.  The community, which is approved for up to 599 residences currently offers twin villas and single-family homes in two-, three- and four-bedroom designs. Homes in Monaco are priced from the $230s.

The Milano is a two-bedroom plus den home that offers 1,600 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living area. The Milano's open floor plan features a spacious living and dining room that is perfect for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen in this model home is appointed with white raised-panel wood painted maple cabinetry with a butterscotch glaze, contrasting Uba Tuba granite countertops and an elegantly designed tile backsplash that demonstrates just some of the luxury features included in the price of each home at Monaco that are often offered as upgrades in other communities. The spacious master suite features twin walk-in closets and a bathroom with private water closet, two separate vanities and a large shower.

The kitchen in the Riviera shows an alternative layout available to homebuyers that features a wall oven and separate cooktop in lieu of a range. The Riviera's spacious master suite offers dual walk-in closets and a private bath with garden tub and separate walk-in shower. The Riviera includes two additional bedrooms and a large den with closet that has been furnished with an elegant dark wood and wrought iron desk and bookcase with library ladder. The model showcases one of several optional pool and spa designs available to homebuyers at Monaco. Base price for the Riviera is $259,900. The model as shown is offered at $389,900.

AMA Development also offers a single-family home design at Monaco. The Monte Carlo includes 2,264 of air-conditioned living area and features three bedrooms and a den with the option to add a fourth bedroom suite and a third car garage. A furnished model is slated for completion in February.
