AMA Development Announces Grand Opening Celebration at Monaco

Bonita Springs, FL (February 5, 2009) – AMA Development invites the public to attend its Grand Opening Celebration for Monaco (formerly The Villages at Old Cypress), a 128-acre community located off Imperial Parkway in Bonita Springs. The event will be held on Saturday and Sunday February 14 and 15, from 12 noon to 3pm each day.

Monaco, which is approved for up to 599 residences currently offers twin villas and single-family homes in two-, three- and four-bedroom designs. Homes in Monaco are priced from the low-$200s. The event will showcase a new Sales & Model Center, which features two designer furnished villa models, the Milano and the Riviera. The event will feature food, refreshments and live entertainment as well as tours of the new models and available homes.

Customers who purchase a home during this event can take advantage of grand opening special offers, including one-year home owner’s and master association dues paid by the developer for one year from date of closing, up to $10,000 in Design Center Upgrades and a 15% discount on any pool package purchase. Additional incentives are available on a limited number of homes ready for immediate move-in.

The Milano is a two-bedroom plus den home design that offers 1,600 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living area. The Riviera is a three-bedroom plus den plan that offers 1,982 sq. ft. of living area.

The community’s single-family home design, the Monte Carlo offers 2,264 of air-conditioned living area and features three bedrooms and a den. A furnished model is slated for completion in February 2009.
